Terms

How Elaris works and what we ask of you.

Working draft · October 5, 2026

Your account

You sign up with an email and a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private. You can reset it from the log in screen.

Your work

The artwork, process, and words you add stay yours. By adding them you tell us you made them, or that you have the right to share them.

An unpublished artwork is visible only to you.

Recording and publishing

The process of an artwork is recorded while the artwork is unpublished.

Publishing seals the process. After that, recording cannot resume, and accepted segments cannot be replaced, edited, trimmed, reordered, or removed.

Deleting an artwork moves it to Trash. You can restore it until you empty Trash.

Recorded with Elaris Origin

This label describes where a recording came from. It does not settle who made a work, and its checks can miss things.

Commissions

An artist lists offerings on their profile. A client sends a request, and the artist accepts or declines it. Elaris keeps the order thread and links the artwork made for it.

Elaris does not take commission payments. Agree the price and delivery between you.

Pro and billing

Pro is a paid plan. Polar handles payment and is the merchant of record. You can see your plan, storage, and receipts, and manage your subscription, in Plan & billing.
